Banshee is the ARC detachment of the 212th. Banshee members are embedded into all infantry squads where they support the squad with a more versatile kit than the average trooper. When needed Banshee may be called upon by Platoons to detach from their squads and form a team to aid the platoon by clearing a wider range of objectives.

Join Requirements: SCT+, All Standard Quals, Demo, and Medic. Must hold a billet within a squad with less than 2 Banshee members. There are no limit of Banshee members per fireteam

Selection Process: Recruits must get approval from their Squad lead, once the squad lead approves they will put them up to Banshee's Lead who will allow all Banshee members 5 days to vote upon if the recruit may proceed. If approved the recruit will be put under as an ARC Cadet and will undergo training. 

Recommendations from ARC Members: Potential Banshee recruits are recommended to attend plenty of Skirmishes, Main Operations and work alongside fellow members of Banshee. This is to allow Banshee members  to better know potential ARC candidates performance and fairly vote on their application for ARC.
